That's a pretty neat work! The anatomy is well done, and I like his face a lot, especially his eyes. The hair is also well shaded.
The overall coloring is good, but maybe adding more depth to the skin will be better. However, it is possible that you did it like that on purpose since it fits the drawing. The texture gives a greater look and effect to the piece.

Thank you so much for the encouragement! I've just begun to learn CG so I still have a lot to learn. I really should have paid more attention to the shadows as you mentioned. I'll keep that in mind for my next work XD
For the clothes, I did not use any texture. I just used one default brush in Photoshop (the flowery one) and brushed over the clothes area several times (with really low opacity). After that I drew some random shadows on a new layer with the default airbrush. Pretty simple right?^_^
